11:00: Pictures for Majors Baseball and Softball on Varsity Softball Field SLYAA Board of Directors Team Photo. Police D.A.R.E. radar throw at the batting cages!
11:30: Lunch is served! Burgers and Dogs first wave ready on grill KUOO van arrives at Majors Field for set up
12:00: Majors Baseball and Majors Softball player introductions on Majors field Rookies and AAA Baseball and Softball pictures on Varsity Softball Field
1:30: Opening Ceremonies on Majors field! National Anthem, Rookies and AAA Introductions, Blain Andera speech, Pitch, Hit and Run winner awards if players are available, ceremonial first pitch
2:00: Rookies game “LIVE” on Majors field, AAA Girls (West Field), AAA Boys (East Field) Minors pictures (individuals and teams that are ready first) on Varsity Softball Field
3:15: Minors introductions on Majors field
3:30: Minors Softball (West field) and Minors Baseball (East field)
